About the Role
We are looking for a Product Executive to support the development, launch, and growth of our product range across retail, wholesale, and online marketplaces.
This is a high-impact role where you will contribute to product strategy, category growth, and commercial performance, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver successful product launches and ongoing optimisation.
This role is ideal for someone who is data-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about consumer products and market trends.
What You will Be Doing
Product Development & Lifecycle
- Support the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept through to launch and post-launch optimisation
- Identify new product opportunities through market research, trend analysis, and competitor benchmarking
- Define product positioning, key selling points, and go-to-market approach
Commercial Performance & Analysis
- Track product performance, including sales, margin, and customer feedback
- Use data-driven insights to recommend improvements and optimise product success
- Support forecasting, demand planning, and category performance reviews
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to ensure successful product launches
- Coordinate product onboarding, pricing, and stock planning
- Support alignment across teams to deliver commercial objectives
Market & Trend Analysis
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer behaviour
- Conduct regular research across online and offline channels to identify opportunities
- Contribute insights to shape future product development and category strategy
Product Quality & Experience
- Analyse customer feedback and product performance data to identify improvement areas
- Support product optimisation including packaging, instructions, and usability
- Ensure alignment with product compliance and certification requirements
Trade Shows & Product Showcases
- Support planning and execution of trade shows and product exhibitions
- Assist with product selection, preparation, and post-event performance analysis
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4+ years’ experience in product, category, merchandising, or commercial roles
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and generate insights
- Experience in retail, eCommerce, or consumer goods preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Proactive, curious, and commercially minded
