Senior Land Manager - Land Acquisitions

London - Residential Development

A Real Estate development and investment business with strong capital is looking to appoint a Senior Land Manager to be responsible for Land Acquisitions within the target Greater London market. In this role, you would be tasked to identify new land/site opportunities for residential development or mixed use purposes, predominantly build to sale market for a high end residential product.

Ideally given the nature and background of the business and role, you would have proven experience working for a Property company in Development and/or Investment in an acquisitions focused land transactional role. You would be able to demonstrate significant experience and track record of acquiring in sites in London, with strong market knowledge and network of contacts.

We are looking for a proven Senior Acquisitions Land Manager who can demonstrate an entrepreneurial nature to take ownership of their land strategy and help deliver on their key targets for next 2-3 years to build a strong development pipeline within Central London residential development market.
