New Homes Manager

Based in Loughton

Monday to Friday

Up to £50,000 basic + commission

Are you an experienced property professional ready to take the lead in a growing New Homes division? This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and commercially astute New Homes Manager to make a real impact.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for leading and expanding a New Homes operation, working closely with developers, driving new business, and delivering successful development launches. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll oversee both strategy and execution.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with property developers

• Winning new instructions and securing new business opportunities

• Developing and executing sales strategies for new build developments

• Advising on pricing, marketing, and release strategies

• Leading, motivating, and developing a team of negotiators

• Overseeing marketing campaigns and development launches

• Monitoring market trends and providing insightful reporting

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in estate agency, ideally within new homes or development sales

• Strong track record in business development and client relationship management

• Experience managing and developing a high-performing team

• Excellent knowledge of the property market

• Commercial mindset with strong analytical and negotiation skills

• Highly organised, driven, and target-focused

Additional Requirements

• Full UK driving licence

• Prior experience working within New Homes
