Senior eCommerce Account Manager (TikTok Shop)

Hybrid-Remote Role - 2 days a week office - London based

We're a Global TikTok Shop Partner (TSP), built by early TikTok Shop team members, managing high-growth beauty and FMCG brands across the UK, US, and EU. Full-service across shop management, affiliate, and content (LIVE + short video).

What you'll do

• Own £2m+ accounts end-to-end, across strategy, P&L, and senior client relationships
• Run and scale TikTok Shop revenue across content, affiliate, paid, and on-platform levers
• Identify and unlock upsell and growth opportunities
• Mentor and line-manage 1–3 junior team members

What we're looking for

• 5+ years in digital marketing, eCommerce, or agency-side client management
• Proven track record managing high-value accounts
• Strong commercial understanding of P&L, ROAS, CAC, and attribution
• TikTok Shop experience not required, but social commerce or beauty/FMCG background welcome
• Bonus: fluency in German, Spanish, Korean, or Mandarin
