Area Sales Manager – Bathrooms (KBB Sector)

The Role / Opportunity
- We are recruiting an Area Sales Manager role within the bathrooms / KBB sector, covering the South East.
- This Area Sales Manager position focuses on driving sales of a premium bathrooms portfolio, working across housebuilders, showrooms, and plumbing and heating merchants.
- As an Area Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing relationships with regional housebuilders, independent showrooms, and plumbing and heating merchants, increasing spend and strengthening brand presence across the KBB market.
- A key part of this Area Sales Manager role is winning and tracking specifications with housebuilders, ensuring projects are secured and converted through showrooms and plumbing and heating merchants.

The Person
This Area Sales Manager role is open to:
- Candidates selling bathrooms / KBB products into housebuilders, showrooms, or plumbing and heating merchants
- Individuals working within bathrooms showrooms looking to step into an Area Sales Manager role
- Field sales professionals from interiors, plumbing, or KBB backgrounds
- Sales professionals within plumbing and heating merchants
To succeed as an Area Sales Manager, you will bring energy, commercial drive, and a genuine interest in bathrooms and KBB, along with experience engaging housebuilders, showrooms, or plumbing and heating merchants.
The Package
- Up to £45,000 basic salary
- 20% OTE
- Hybrid company car
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
