Key Account Manager – Pharmaceutical / Biosimilars & Generics

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets for promoted brands through effective key account management
• Develop and review account plans to optimize resources and drive sales growth
• Maintain detailed territory knowledge, including competitor insights and market dynamics
• Foster a positive environment for all promoted products across your territory
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, medical, and market access
• Stay informed on local healthcare systems, funding streams, and policy changes

Essential Requirements:

• Degree in business, science, or related field
• Excellent IT and communication skills
• Ideally 3+ years’ experience in branded pharmaceutical sales to secondary care specialists
• Experience with strategic healthcare systems, including NHS England (or relevant local structures)
• Proven track record of sales success in the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong networks and relationships within disease areas and integrated care boards (advantageous)
• Highly organized, adaptable, and efficient
