Ignite are partnering with a fast growing, design led challenger brand operating at the intersection of wellness, habit change, and modern consumer lifestyle. Built in London and scaling globally, the business has created a plant powered alternative that reimagines everyday habits through aromatherapy inspired devices and blends.
With a strong and growing community, the brand is stocked across a wide range of premium retailers and is on a mission to help people transition away from unwanted habits by offering a more considered, experience led alternative. Their products are focused on natural flavour profiles, sustainability, and habit replacement, with a proposition that sits firmly in the wellness and lifestyle space rather than traditional FMCG.
This is an opportunity to join a brand that is challenging category norms, building a distinctive retail presence, and continuing to expand across UK and international markets. The role is based in their Camden office and operates on a 5 days per week in office basis.
The role
Ignite are partnering with a fast growing challenger brand in the wellness and lifestyle space
Hiring an Account Manager to own key retail and distribution relationships
Focused on scaling global retail presence and strengthening partnerships
A high impact role shaping commercial strategy and in market execution
What you’ll do
Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of retail and distribution partners
Identify and unlock growth opportunities across existing accounts
Drive commercial performance through distribution, rate of sale, and account expansion
Build and execute trade marketing plans and promotional calendars with retail partners
Deliver standout in store and online activations that drive visibility and trial
✈ Support travel retail growth including merchandising, training, and market insight
Manage onboarding of new partners, ensuring smooth launches and accurate listings
Oversee order flow, stock coordination, and fulfilment across key accounts
Work cross functionally with marketing and creative teams to ensure strong brand execution in market
What we’re looking for
Experience in account management, sales, or trade marketing within FMCG or consumer brands
Strong relationship building skills with retailers, distributors, or partners
Commercial mindset with a proven ability to drive growth
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
Confident communicator who can influence internally and externally
⚡ Proactive, hands on approach with ownership and accountability
Genuine interest in retail, shopper behaviour, and brand building in competitive markets
