Account Manager / Telesales Executive
Location: Greater Manchester (Hybrid)
Salary: £30,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE £36k–£40k year 1)
A well-established organisation within the telecommunications and technology distribution sector is seeking an experienced Telesales Executive / Account Manager to join its growing sales team.
This role will initially focus on telesales and new business development, progressing into a full account management position as you build and manage your own customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through proactive outbound telesales activity
- Develop potential prospects into active spending accounts
- Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts once established
- Maintain accurate records within the company CRM system
- Build strong relationships with customers through regular contact
- Achieve daily call targets, new account targets, and monthly sales goals
Requirements
- Previous B2B telesales or sales experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage and grow a customer base
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Experience in IT or telecoms sales is advantageous but not essential
Package
- £30,000 basic salary + uncapped commission
- OTE: up to £45k+
