Job Title: Bathroom Sales Consultant

Location: Watford, WD25 8FA

Salary: Negotiable

Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm Saturday: 7:00am – 4:00pm (Flexible Day off during the week to fit the business’s needs)

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Bathroom Sales Consultant to join this family owned builders merchants team in Watford. This is a varied, customer-facing role involving showroom sales, handing enquiries from both trade and retail customers, and bathroom design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcoming and assisting walk-in customers
• Handling customer enquiries over the phone
• Converting enquiries into sales
• Designing bathroom layouts and solutions for customers
• Providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process
• Maintaining showroom standards and product knowledge

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience selling bathrooms (essential)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Confident in sales and closing deals
• Experience with bathroom design (preferred)
