Franchise Growth Manager, Kesseler Kitchens
Kesseler is building a national network of high-performing showroom owners. Not volume, only quality.
We’re looking for a commercial hunter to identify, engage and qualify ambitious individuals with the financial strength, resilience and capability to build serious businesses.
This is a frontline growth role.
Your job is simple: bring exceptional people into the network.
The role
- Generate and qualify franchise opportunities across the UK
- Engage entrepreneurs, operators and investors
- Assess commercial capability and financial readiness
- Communicate the model, numbers and expectations clearly
- Build a strong pipeline of serious candidates
You
- Natural hunter, proactive, driven, commercially sharp
- Comfortable discussing investment, margins and growth
- Strong judgement, you know who to back
- Background in franchise, property, recruitment, brokerage or high-value B2
