The Role

We are currently seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to join the team.

In this role, you will play a key part in driving membership growth by engaging with prospective members and showcasing the club’s premium facilities and services.

Approximately 70% of your time will be spent in an office environment making outbound calls, inspiring potential members and sharing the organisation’s values. The remaining 30% will involve welcoming prospective members to the club, delivering tours, and supporting the membership sign-up process.

You will work towards both individual and team sales targets while ensuring new members receive a high-quality onboarding and after-care experience.

Please note: This role requires flexibility, including working evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required.


Key Responsibilities

  • Contact prospective members via phone and respond to membership enquiries.
  • Promote club memberships and services to potential customers.
  • Conduct club tours and showcase facilities to prospective members.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Support new members through the onboarding process.
  • Provide excellent after-sales service to ensure a positive member experience.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and administrative documentation.


Skills & Experience

  • Target-driven with strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Passion for health, fitness, and wellbeing.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to deliver a high-quality sales experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in a sales or customer service environment is desirable but not essential.
