Sales Manager – RF & Microwave - UK Based
Are you an RF/Microwave sales pro ready to take ownership of a high‑growth region across EMEA?
A leading RF technology innovator is expanding its commercial team and looking for a Sales Manager to drive design wins, build strategic customer relationships, and grow revenue across the UK and wider EMEA region.
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning regional sales strategy and smashing revenue targets
- Building a strong pipeline and converting opportunities into design wins
- Developing key accounts and uncovering new applications
- Working closely with Apps Engineers, Inside Sales & leadership
- Travelling across EMEA to meet customers and partners
What you’ll bring:
- 10+ years in electronic components, with strong RF/Microwave experience
- Technical credibility + commercial drive
- Proven success in business development and closing complex opportunities
- Strong communication, relationship‑building, and planning skills
