Your Role

You’ll play a key role in helping the company expand its client base and continue its impressive growth. You’ll:

  • Connect with potential clients and introduce them to the company’s solutions
  • Build strong relationships with prospective businesses
  • Qualify new opportunities and identify genuine needs
  • Book meetings and create opportunities for the senior sales team
  • Work closely with colleagues to develop outreach strategies and campaigns


Training & Development

No previous sales experience? No problem.

You’ll complete the three-month Furza Sales Academy, designed to give you the skills and confidence to succeed. You’ll receive:

  • Structured training from experienced sales professionals
  • Ongoing coaching and performance feedback
  • Support from leadership teams invested in your development
