Due to Internal promotion this is a high-impact NAM role where you’ll take full ownership of key Co-op & convenience accounts—shaping strategy, driving performance, and building powerful customer partnerships.
The Role
You’ll be at the heart of commercial delivery, with full accountability for:
• Owning and growing key national accounts including Co-op
• Building and executing joint business plans
• Leading forecasting, pricing & full P&L management
• Winning NPD listings and expanding distribution
• Driving category growth and in-store performance
• Negotiating to maximise profit, volume & share
• Collaborating cross-functionally (category, marketing, supply chain)
• Delivering key commercial projects on time and in full
What You’ll Bring
• Proven FMCG sales experience in UK retail / convenience
• Currently operating at NAM level
• Strong commercial mindset with P&L ownership
• Sharp negotiation & influencing skills
• Confident, relationship-led communicator
• Highly organised with strong analytical thinking
• Energetic, proactive, and thrives in pace
