Job description
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Candidate with 2 years of experience to join our team as a Business Development Representative (BDR). As a BDR, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying potential leads and learning the art of relationship building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and sales opportunities.
- Reach out to leads through cold calls, emails, and social media to generate interest in our product/services.
- Qualify leads and pass them to the sales team for further engagement.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and communicate value propositions effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Attend training sessions and team meetings to improve sales skills and product knowledge
