You are proactive, analytical, and performance-oriented. You don’t wait for deals to “close themselves.”


You manage the pipeline intentionally. You are comfortable qualifying hard, disqualifying when needed, and guiding buyers toward clear next steps.


You understand that $60K+ deals require structure, persistence, and confidence. You are motivated by targets and you take pride in hitting them.


In This Role You Will:


Own Pipeline & Revenue

  • Proactively research and prospect new accounts across EMEA.
  • Maintain a disciplined outbound rhythm (20–40 daily touchpoints across calls, email, and LinkedIn).
  • Initiate contact with decision-makers at all levels from venue managers to owners and operators.
  • Rigorously qualify opportunities and disqualify when needed.
  • Move deals forward with clear next steps and decision timelines.
  • Consistently close high-value (€60K+) CapEx deals in collaboration with the team


Execute With Discipline

  • Use HubSpot daily to manage pipeline stages accurately.
  • Maintain clear forecasting and opportunity tracking.
  • Prepare thoroughly before every call and follow up with intention.
  • Contribute to improving our sales playbook as we scale internationally.


This is not a “wait and see” sales process.It requires ownership, persistence, and clear execution.


This Role is For You If you:

  • Have 4+ years of B2B sales experience (CapEx, tech, equipment, leisure, or similar industries preferred).
  • Have experience prospecting and generating your own pipeline.
  • Are comfortable with cold outreach and handling objections.
  • Have closed complex deals with multiple stakeholders.
  • Speak fluent English (French or Spanish is a plus).
  • Bring authenticity and relationship skills, but you are equally comfortable driving toward a decision.
