The Role

As a Business Development Representative, you’ll sit at the heart of the company’s growth strategy. Your role will be to start conversations, build relationships and help create new opportunities for the wider team. Day to day, you will:

  • Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails and social platforms
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to identify genuine opportunities
  • Book meetings and create sales-ready opportunities for senior team members
  • Develop a strong understanding of the company’s services and market
  • Maintain an organised pipeline and keep CRM systems updated
