New Logo Sales Director – Capital Markets (Post-Trade)

London / Hybrid

Up to £120k base + Uncapped Commission (Double OTE)

We’re partnering with a high-growth global capital markets consulting and managed services firm looking to hire a New Logo Sales Director to drive expansion across their post-trade services offering.

This is a pure hunter role, focused on winning new logos across Tier 1 & Tier 2 banks, market infrastructure, and financial institutions.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for:

• Driving new business acquisition across capital markets, with a focus on post-trade (clearing, settlements, collateral, regulatory operations)
• Building and executing a targeted go-to-market strategy across the UK and Europe
• Selling consulting, transformation, and managed services deals
• Owning the full sales lifecycle from origination through to close
• Engaging senior stakeholders (COO, Head of Operations, Head of Post-Trade, etc.)

What We’re Looking For

• Proven new logo hunter within capital markets
• Strong track record selling post-trade services / operations / regulatory change
• Experience in a consulting or services-led environment (e.g. Firms like Capco, Baringa, Accenture, etc.)
• Ability to originate and close £1m+ deals
• Deep network across investment banks, custodians, or market infrastructure providers
