MODE Search is partnering with an internationally recognised luxury jewellery brand in their search for a Sales Associate to join their concession within one of London's leading luxury department stores.


This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded luxury brand known for its craftsmanship, heritage, and elevated client experience. Positioned within one of London’s most prestigious retail environments, this role offers exposure to a global clientele and the opportunity to work with exceptional high-value pieces.


As a Sales Associate, you will act as a true brand ambassador, delivering a world-class client experience while driving strong individual sales performance. This role requires a proactive and commercially driven individual with a passion for luxury, clienteling, and achieving results.


The position is full-time, with full flexibility required across trading hours.


The Role:

  • Deliver an exceptional luxury client experience within a high-profile concession environment
  • Drive strong individual sales performance, consistently achieving and exceeding targets
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, supporting repeat business and client loyalty
  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge, confidently advising on high-value jewellery pieces
  • Support the achievement of store and team sales objectives
  • Maintain high standards of presentation, merchandising, and brand storytelling
  • Manage client appointments and high-value transactions with professionalism and attention to detail
  • Support stock management, inventory control, and operational processes
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure a seamless client journey
  • Represent the brand with a positive, proactive, and professional attitude


Requirements:

  • Additional Languages preferred
  • Proven experience within luxury retail, ideally jewellery or accessories
  • Strong track record of delivering high sales performance
  • Proactive, driven, and results-oriented mindset
  • Mature, positive, and professional approach
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, including stock management
  • Excellent communication and clienteling skills
  • Passion for luxury and delivering exceptional service
  • Fully flexible to work across a 7-day rota, including late trading hours

  • 25 days holiday + birthday day off + bank holidays
  • Annual Bonus based on performance
  • Commission structure: 0.5 -1%
  • Group high-ticket commission
