Key Responsibilities

In this Sales Leadership position, you'll be responsible for:

• Setting up and delivering the overall sales strategy
• Leading, developing, and motivating the sales team
• Driving revenue growth through existing accounts and new business
• Managing forecasts, pipelines, and sales reporting
• Working closely with marketing to align campaigns and sales activity
• Building strong, long-term client relationships
• Using CRM data to inform decision-making and performance

Experience

We're keen to speak with candidates who have:

• Proven experience in a Sales Management or senior sales leadership position
• Strong B2B sales experience with a strategic mindset
• A track record of leading teams to exceed targets
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Confidence using CRM systems and sales data
• The ability to combine sales leadership with hands-on delivery
