Academics are currently recruiting reliable Level 3 Teaching Assistants for temporary, ongoing placements within welcoming and supportive mainstream primary schools across Retford.

Position: Level 3 Teaching Assistant
Location: Retford, Nottinghamshire
Contract: Temporary, flexible ongoing
Pay: £88.94 - £95 per day (PAYE)
Start Date: ASAP or flexible start available

About the Role

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant in Retford, you will support teaching and learning across a range of primary year groups, assist teachers during lessons, and provide additional support to pupils where required.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience across different schools while maintaining flexibility in your working schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Support learning within the classroom
* Deliver small group interventions
* Provide 1:1 pupil support where required
* Encourage positive behaviour and inclusion
* Follow school safeguarding and behaviour policies

Candidate Requirements

Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
Experience supporting pupils in UK primary schools
Confident supporting children with varying abilities
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
