Junior Sales & Customer Service Assistant Brighton (Immediate Start)

The Role

The successful candidates will manage daily customer interactions and brand awareness. Key responsibilities include:

• Executingface-to-face customer acquisitionsand lead generation.
• Providing high-qualitycustomer service, similar tofront-of-houseorreceptionroles.
• Managing basicsales administrationand reporting daily KPIs.
• Working as part of acollaborative team, ideal for those withbar, restaurant, or retail assistantexperience.

Candidate Requirements

The client welcomes applications fromgraduatesand entry-level candidates. We are specifically looking for:

• Aconfident, outgoing personality(essential forhospitalityanddirect sales).
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Full-time availability:Commitment of 45 full days per week (Monday Saturday).
• A "willingness to learn" mindset, typical of ajuniororapprenticerole.

Note:Due to the nature of the campaigns, this role is not suitable for candidates currently in full-time education or international students.
