Duties & responsibilities

Effectively manage incoming customer enquiries.

Provide product information and tailored advice.

Prepare accurate quotations based on customer needs.

Proactively contact customers to develop relationships and identify new opportunities

Develop positive long-term relationships with customers.

Interpret customer objectives to maximise business opportunities.

Collaborate effectively with colleagues to provide quality customer service.

There will also be occasional opportunities to visit customer when required, giving you valuable exposure to our client base.

Update and maintain CRM system.

Strong commitment to providing quality customer service.

Previous experience in sales, telesales or customer service roles.

IT literate.
