What youll be doing:

• Delivering 1:1 structured support tailored to each childs needs

• Helping children develop social, communication, and life skills

• Supporting the implementation of individualised learning plans and behaviour strategies

• Promoting independence, confidence, and resilience

• Collaborating closely with teachers, SENCOs, and families to create a positive, inclusive learning environment

What were looking for:

• Experience working in SEN, autism, or teaching assistant roles

• Knowledge of EHCPs, behaviour strategies, and classroom support techniques

• A compassionate, patient, and proactive approach

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• DBS on the update service or willingness to apply

• Driving licence preferred
