Job Title: Junior Contract Manager
Location: Bristol & Gloucester (Main Office in Bristol)
Salary: Up to £43,000

We are looking for a Junior Contract Manager to join a leading Facilities Management company, overseeing a commercial portfolio across Bristol and Gloucester. This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer or supervisor looking to progress into management, offering strong support, development, and clear career progression.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support a team of five engineers across multiple commercial sites

• Oversee planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring high service standards

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth contract delivery

• Conduct site audits, compliance checks, and manage health & safety procedures

• Assist with scheduling, work allocation, and performance management of engineers

• Liaise with subcontractors and manage procurement of materials as needed

About You:

• Background in Electrical or Mechanical engineering within Facilities Management

• Experience in a supervisory, senior engineering, or team-leading capacity

• Strong leadership and organisational skills

• Familiarity with PPM and reactive maintenance environments

• Full UK driving licence (essential)

Desirable Qualifications/Experience:

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

• Previous exposure to contract coordination or management responsibilities
