About the Role

Graduate Cover Supervisor Main Responsibilities

• Manage the behaviour in the classroom ensuring a positive learning environment
• Supervise work set by the subject teacher
• Be a positive influence to the students
• Strong commitment to safeguarding and health and safety of students in the classroom

Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience working with children in some capacity
• Recent graduate aspiring to become a teacher
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep a level head and manage behaviour
