Internal Sales Engineer Technology / Engineering

Location:Hybrid (Home/Office)
Salary:£28,000 £45,000 + Bonus + Benefits

The Role

As anInternal Sales Engineer, you will support customers with technical enquiries, quotations and product selection while working closely with external sales and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and online channels

• Providetechnical advice, product selection and quotations

• Support thesales process from enquiry through to order

• Build long-term customer relationships and identify new opportunities

• Liaise with engineering, production and logistics teams

• Maintain CRM records and manage sales administration

RequirementsEssential

• Engineering, technical or scientific qualification
  (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Automation, Physics, etc.)

• Strong communication and customer-facing skills

• Commercial awareness or interest intechnical sales

• Organised, proactive and team-focused mindset

Desirable

• Experience ininternal sales, applications engineering or customer support

• Knowledge of engineering products, components or systems

• CRM or quotation system experience
