Area to be covered: National (ideally based Midlands)

Remuneration: £45,000 - £55,000neg + bonuses tbc

Benefits: company car & benefits package

The role of the Business Development Manager Site Fencing & Hoarding will involve:

Field sales position selling the hire & sale of temporary fencing & hoarding systems

Public sector including construction, infrastructure and rail

The majority of your time will be spent selling to main contractors, sub-contractors and house builders such as: Kier, Morgan Sindall, Vinci & Balfour Beatty

A smaller element of the role will be spent managing distributor accounts such as Hermec and Safesite

Turnover target will be determined by tour experience

Predominately a new business position

The ideal applicant will be Business Development Manager Site Fencing & Hoardingwith:

Must have field sales experience on site dealing with main contractors and house builders such as: Kier, Morgan Sindall, Vinci & Balfour Beatty

Ideally contacts within the contractors with Quantity Surveyors & Project Managers

Must have sold a construction site based product used in the early stages of the build process

Highly self-motivated, enthusiastic and determined

Must be able to generate new business
