About the Role:
TP Tutors is seeking passionate and dedicated educators in the Kettering area to provide high-quality 1:1 tuition in English, Science and Maths. This is a rewarding opportunity to support students who may be working outside of mainstream school settings, helping them build confidence, improve engagement, and achieve their academic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, deliver, and evaluate engaging 1:1 sessions in English, Science and Maths.

  • Support students with SEND, SEMH, and additional learning needs using a tailored, child-centred approach.

  • Implement effective behaviour management strategies to maintain focus and motivation.

  • Monitor progress and provide clear, constructive feedback.

Requirements:

  • Teaching qualification preferred (QTS or equivalent).

  • Strong subject knowledge in English, Science and Maths.

  • Experience working with children or young people, particularly those with additional needs.

  • Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one support provided).
