Part Time Bookkeeper job in Bath, with on-site parking
Your New Company
A respected and long established Bath-based charity is seeking a Part-Time Bookkeeper to take ownership of its day‑to‑day financial operations. This is a flexible part-time role, approximately 15 hours per week.
Your Responsibilities
You will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the organisation by managing:
- Processing and coding supplier invoices
- Raising customer invoices
- Reconciling bank accounts
- Managing petty cash
- Supporting general office administration as required
- Hands-on experience using Sage, Xero, or QuickBooks
- Previous experience in a similar bookkeeping role
- Availability to start at short notice
- Openness to a temporary-to-permanent opportunity
- Ability to work 1.5 days per week (approx. 15 hours)
