As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with a non-verbal child with Autism, supporting them to feel safe, valued, and engaged throughout the school day. • Use a calm, nurturing, and consistent approach
  • Feel confident using visual supports, routines, and alternative communication strategies (or be keen to learn)
  • Hold GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade C/4 or equivalent)
  • Have a genuine passion for helping young learners reach their full potential

This is a hands-on, deeply rewarding role where a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant can help a child thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. The school is excited to welcome a new SEN Teaching Assistant who brings warmth, commitment, and enthusiasm to their inclusive team.
