About the Role:
We are looking for dedicated and compassionate 1:1 Tutors to support students in Northampton and the surrounding areas. This role involves delivering personalised tuition to students who may need additional academic support outside of a traditional classroom environment.

You will work with learners on a one-to-one basis, helping them build confidence, improve their understanding of key subjects, and achieve their educational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging 1:1 tuition sessions tailored to the students needs

• Support learning in subjects such as English, Maths, or other curriculum areas

• Adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles

• Track student progress and provide feedback where required

• Create a positive and supportive learning environment

Requirements:

• Previous tutoring, teaching, or mentoring experience preferred

• Strong knowledge of the subject(s) you teach

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Patience, reliability, and a passion for helping students succeed

• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
