Job Title: SEND Teaching Assistant, Primary School (Rugby CV22)
Start Date:March 2026 or Immediate
Contract: Full-Time (37.5 Hours a Week), Term Time Only
Pay: From £90 per day (PAYE no umbrella deductions) / approx. £450 weekly. Range: £90£95 per day

Job Description:
We are working with a supportive Primary School in the CV22 area of Rugby who are seeking a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional needs. The school has a strong inclusive ethos and provides structured support to ensure every child can access the curriculum.

You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver targeted interventions, provide 1:1 and small group support and promote independence and emotional regulation. This role would suit someone patient, resilient and passionate about inclusive education.

Key Requirements:
Experience supporting pupils with SEND
A calm, patient and nurturing approach
Ability to follow support plans
Two recent and relevant references
Right to work in the UK
