Job Title: German-Speaking eCommerce Customer Service Advisor
Hours: 42 hours per week
Location: Warrington
Basic Salary from £28,392
About the Role
Pybus Recruitment is seeking an experiencedGerman-speaking eCommerce Customer Service Advisorto support the online retail operations of a well-established automotive client. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced eCommerce environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries via email, live chat (tbc), and telephone (tbc).
- Manage and resolve issues from eBay, Amazon, and the companys webshop.
- Process returns, exchanges, and investigate order discrepancies.
- Liaise with couriers regarding outbound, delayed, or damaged shipments.
- Co-ordinate and track orders using internal and external systems.
- Collaborate with external eCommerce partners and agencies.
- Provide support across additional customer service channels when required.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Fluent, bi-lingual German speaker.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Confident using Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with web-based systems (e.g., Zendesk, Linnworks).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work to tight deadlines and meet SLA targets.
- Capable of analysing and interpreting information from multiple sources.
- Experience handling online marketplace enquiries (eBay, Amazon, etc.).
- Evidence of Right to Work in the UK.
Desired Skills
- Knowledge of or interest in vehicle parts.
