Business Transformation Manager – North West (Manchester, Cheshire, Wilmslow etc)

Salary: Up to £75,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus

Primarily remote, with occasional travel

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Transformation Manager to lead end-to-end (E2E) transformation initiatives across our North West operations.

This role is pivotal in enhancing digital capabilities , optimising recruitment processes , and driving commercial growth .

You will ensure that all transformation initiatives align with both local and global strategic objectives, delivering measurable value across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end transformation initiatives ⚙
• Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment processes and improve performance
• Manage and develop a high-performing team
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define challenges and deliver solutions
• Act as the UK Change Lead, connecting with the global transformation network
• Develop and execute change management strategies to drive adoption
• Apply Lean and Design Thinking methodologies
• Track and evaluate initiative success, ensuring measurable outcomes

About You

• Proven experience delivering business transformation initiatives ✅
• Strong change management expertise with a focus on adoption and impact
• Skilled in analysing and improving business processes
• Experience leading teams and engaging senior stakeholders
• Familiarity with Lean / Continuous Improvement / Design Thinking
• Recruitment experience is a plus (not essential)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Highly organised, resilient, and able to manage multiple priorities ⚡
