We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Associate to join our luxury jewellery boutique on a maternity cover basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate, client-focused individual to deliver exceptional service, manage high-value transactions, and represent our brand with integrity and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through a relationship-led, consultative approach.
• Provide an exceptional, personalised client experience, including high-value and bespoke transactions.
• Develop and manage a personal client portfolio, fostering long-term loyalty and repeat business.
• Support boutique operations in the Manager’s absence, including team coordination and sales oversight.
• Assist with stock management, visual merchandising, and after-sales services, maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and presentation.
• Uphold the brand’s values and professional standards at all times.

About You:

• Proven experience in luxury retail, preferably in jewellery or high-value fashion.
• Strong selling skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Confident handling of high-value transactions with discretion and attention to detail.
• Leadership experience or the ability to support and mentor junior team members.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and administrative skills.
