Senior Account Executive

Studio North is looking for a Senior Account Executive

Job description

Whether you’re just starting out in your agency career or have a year or two under your

belt, this role offers a chance to work closely with clients, be part of meaningful brand

projects, and learn quickly by doing. You’ll be supported by a team that cares about

getting the work right.

We’re now looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our client team and play a key role in making that happen.

The role:

You’ll sit at the heart of our projects – supporting client relationships and helping deliver brand, campaign and digital work to a high standard.

You’ll be someone who naturally builds rapport, asks the right questions, and takes pride in getting the detail right. Someone who doesn’t just tick tasks off, but genuinely cares about doing a good job for clients and the team around them.

This is a role where you’ll learn fast – working closely with experienced strategists, designers and account leads – and build confidence in managing projects and client conversations yourself.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting and building strong, lasting relationships with clients
  • Helping to deliver brand identity, campaign and website projects
  • Coordinating communication between clients and internal teams
  • Project planning, timelines and budgets
  • Taking part in client meetings, workshops and internal sessions
  • Researching, preparing and contributing to project development
  • Supporting senior team members on larger, more complex projects

What we’re looking for:

  • 1–2 years’ experience in a creative or B2B marketing agency (or a strong graduate with the right attitude)
  • A natural people person – approachable, thoughtful and easy to work with – someone who lives up to our core value of ‘Northern Warmth’
  • Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Curious and proactive – someone who asks questions and wants to understand the ‘why’
  • A genuine interest in branding, strategy and creative work
  • Clear communicator – both written and verbal
  • Someone who takes ownership and follows things through properly

What you’ll get:

  • A supportive environment where you’ll learn quickly and be trusted early
  • Training and development budget
  • Health benefits scheme
  • Team-wide profit-related bonus scheme
  • A strong work/life balance (we mean it)
  • Team socials
  • A genuinely varied and interesting client base
  • A brilliant studio space in Manchester’s Northern Quarter
  • Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote)
  • Clear progression opportunities as you grow with us

A bit about us:

We’re a brand strategy and design consultancy focused on helping organisations at breakthrough moments.

In simple terms, we help businesses get clear on who they are, how they show up, and how they connect with the people that matter.

We’re a close-knit team that values creativity and doing things properly – and importantly, without ego.

We care about the work. We care about each other. And we’re building something we’re proud of.
