Location: London

Hybrid: 2 days WFH per week


Ex Events is a fast-paced, creative events agency delivering standout corporate events—from high‑end parties and celebrations to conferences, incentives and private events. We’re known for exceptional client relationships, deep venue knowledge and a passionate, collaborative team.


We’re now seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our management team. This pivotal role involves working directly with the Sales and Project Directors, overseeing a portfolio of key corporate accounts, developing new business opportunities and managing a team of four Event Professionals.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Grow and manage corporate client accounts.
  • Lead pitches to win new accounts including tenders
  • Line-manage and support a team of four Event Professionals.
  • Lead end-to-end event delivery: venue sourcing, proposals, budgets, contracts and onsite management.
  • Negotiate with venues and suppliers, ensuring strong margins.
  • Develop strategic partnerships and identify commercial opportunities.
  • Attend networking events, site visits, FAM trips and industry functions.


What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years’ event industry experience (agency preferred).
  • Proven track record in Account Management and new business.
  • Experience in managing and developing a team.
  • Strong knowledge of London venues (UK/global a bonus).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and client‑relationship skills.
  • Commercially minded, detail-focused and highly organised.
  • Positive, solutions‑driven and passionate about delivering outstanding events.
