JD Logistics is looking for a strategic and experienced Business Development Manager to speed up our expansion efforts in UK.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the logistics sector.
  • Client Acquisition and Retention: Develop innovative strategies to attract new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.
  • Partnership Development: Forge strategic partnerships with industry leaders to enhance service offerings and market reach.
  • Sales Strategy Implementation: Design and execute robust sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Performance Metrics: Regularly analyze sales data to refine strategies and report on progress to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in business development roles within the logistics or parcel delivery industry.
  • Deep understanding of the UK logistics landscape and competitive dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
