Recruit for Customer Service, Admin, Office Support & PA roles

Salary: B2B Sales from £27,500 & experienced recruiters £32,500+ plus uncapped bonus

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven, ambitious sales professional to own and scale a Business Support desk recruiting for customer service, admin and office support roles across Uxbridge, Ruislip & Rickmansworth.

What You'll Be Doing?

  • Energetic Business Development: Making proactive calls to prospective clients and attending networking events to foster long-term working partnerships.
  • Client Meetings: Travelling to visit clients on-site across Southwest London to understand their unique requirements and offer bespoke recruitment solutions.
  • Relationship Building: Ensuring candidates and clients receive top-notch service and support during the entire recruitment journey.
  • Goal-Oriented Performance: Meeting targets, KPIs, and keeping track of your achievements.

Requirements:

  • Recruitment or Sales experience: At least one years working as a 360 agency recruiter or in a B2B sales role
  • Driving Licence with Access to Own Vehicle: Essential for visiting clients across your patch on a weekly basis.
  • Resilience: Determined and dedicated to achieving success.
  • Multitasking: Capable of managing and prioritising multiple tasks while maintaining high service standards.
  • Motivation: Financially driven and ambitious.
  • Competitiveness: Strong work ethic and a competitive nature.
  • Commercial Awareness: Keen understanding of business dynamics and excellent negotiation skills.
