Our founder rode 4,000 miles by motorbike from Alaska heading South, and discovered that British consumers are missing out on truly sustainable, accessible, and superior wild fish, made for the everyday - that has fuelled Alaskan's for generations. WILD'R was born from that trip, and we're now gearing up to launch MSC-certified wild Alaska salmon and yellowfin tuna to UK shores.

We're backed by a who's who of investors behind some of the UK's most successful challenger brands, led by an all-star CEO, and about to make our first sale. We need a hungry, adventure-ready team member to grow with us from the off.

The role: Founder's Associate

Hammersmith, West London. Full-time. £28,860-£31,000

You'll work directly alongside our founder across marketing, content creation, sales support, events, and operations. No narrow job description. No staying in your lane. Just real involvement in building something from the ground up.

You're probably early in your career, or a recent graduate, with a leaning toward marketing and a genuine fluency with AI tools. You care about the planet, move quickly, and don't wait to be told what to do next.
