Role Description

The Job Title role at FASTSIGNS Leicester North is a full-time, on-site position located in Leicester. The role involves collaborating with clients to understand their signage needs, designing creative visual concepts, managing production timelines, and coordinating installation processes. You will also ensure customer satisfaction by overseeing projects from initial consultation to completion, maintaining high standards of quality and service, and assisting with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in design tools and software relevant to creating visual concepts
• Strong project management and organizational skills to handle production schedules
• Excellent communication and customer service skills to collaborate effectively with clients
• Attention to detail and experience in ensuring quality in project execution
• Ability to work on-site in Leicester and collaborate with a team
• Proven experience or a background in signage, graphic design, or related fields is a plus
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work under deadlines
• Educational qualifications in a relevant field or equivalent work experience preferred
