Purpose of the Role

To drive hospitality and event sales by managing inbound enquiries, generating new business opportunities, and delivering an exceptional client experience from initial contact through to event delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound enquiries and convert opportunities into confirmed sales
• Sell matchday hospitality packages, executive boxes, and stadium event spaces
• Proactively generate new business through outreach, referrals, networking events, and site visits
• Lead the full sales cycle from initial enquiry to signed agreement
• Conduct sales calls and prepare tailored proposals for corporate clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitality suite members, ensuring high retention and growth
• Attend matchdays and events to host clients and ensure seamless delivery
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
• Deliver a first-class customer experience that reflects the organisation’s brand and standards

Person Specification

• Proven experience in a sales role, ideally within hospitality, events, or a related industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with minimal supervision while maintaining high performance
• Excellent organisational, prioritisation, and time management skills
• Ability to work at pace without compromising attention to detail or quality
• A proactive, target-driven mindset with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding customer experiences
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle is desirable
