Key Responsibilities

o Work directly with the Supply Chain manager.

o Ability to prioritise and adapt to workload to time sensitive tasks to meet deadlines.

o Optimise Service level whilst maintaining Inventory efficiently to mitigate obsolete stock.

o Proficiency using MS Excel to problem solve and report.

o Manage supplier relationships expediting deliveries and challenging any delays or issues.

o Communicate clearly with the business on KPIs and problems.


ERP

o Confidence extracting and analysing data to identify sales trends or stock risks to communicate to other departments.

o Monitor and manage stock accurately on the system and review discrepancies.

o Accurate and efficient Purchase order creation.

o Maintain the system database for pricing and any product detail changes.


NPD

o Working with the Buying team to onboard new products, supporting with end to end set up including any promotional or seasonal activity.

o Oversee both new product creation and delisting process of SKUs.

o Provide support to the sales teams with any product queries or availability issues.


Requirements

· Location: New Covent Garden SW8– Hybrid 2-3 days in the office.

· Salary: £33,000-36,000 p/a, depending on experience.

· No Visa sponsorship.

· Experience working with FMCG preferred.
