Job description

The role will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing key client relationships, and driving sales performance across meetings, events, and corporate segments. Working closely with the operational teams, the Sales Manager will ensure seamless delivery from enquiry through to execution, maintaining the highest standards of service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive corporate and events sales to achieve revenue targets
  • Proactively source and develop new business opportunities
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts
  • Build strong relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and event planners
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth event delivery
  • Represent the property at networking events and industry functions

Profile

  • Proven experience in hotel sales (4★/5★ environment preferred)
  • Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Proactive, target-driven, and highly organised
