Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days in office)

A growing and well-respected MGA is looking for an experienced Property & Casualty Development Underwriter to join its expanding team.
This is a great opportunity to work across mid-market and SME commercial risks, build strong broker relationships, and play a key role in developing a profitable portfolio within a collaborative environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Underwriting new business and renewals within authority
- Building and managing broker relationships
- Driving profitable growth across the portfolio
- Identifying new business and cross-selling opportunities
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years’ commercial underwriting experience (P&C preferred)
- Strong broker trading experience
- Commercial mindset with a focus on profitability
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
