Job description
We’re supporting a high-performing recruitment business with a clear 180 model, looking to hire an SDR to drive growth across key strategic accounts.
This is a pure sales role – focused on prospecting, opening doors and building pipeline. No delivery.
The role
You’ll work closely with senior sales consultants to land and expand within target clients. Mapping organisations, engaging senior stakeholders and securing qualified pitch meetings.
Success is measured on quality opportunities that convert to revenue.
What you’ll be doing
- Prospecting and engaging senior decision-makers
- Mapping target organisations and key stakeholders
- Securing qualified pitch meetings
- Supporting account growth strategies
- Managing pipeline via HubSpot
- Building visibility through LinkedIn and social selling
What they’re looking for
- Recruitment sales experience (essential)
- Either in a pure sales role, or a 360 consultant looking to move away from delivery
- Proven ability to open doors at senior level
- Confident, commercial and proactive
- Ideally exposure to financial services
- Experience with HubSpot or similar
Package
- Competitive base salary – flexible depending on experience
- 25% uncapped commission
- No threshold in year one
