About the Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced OEM Sales Manager to drive growth across key European accounts in the marine sector.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of major OEM relationships, develop new business, and play a key role in shaping commercial strategy within a dynamic, technical environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing and growing key OEM customer accounts across Europe
- Developing and executing strategic sales plans
- Owning pricing, quotations, and margin performance
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities
- Leading customer reviews and building long-term partnerships
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver projects seamlessly
- Representing the business at client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events
What We’re Looking For
- Proven B2B / OEM sales experience (marine, or automotive preferred)
- Strong commercial awareness (pricing, margins, forecasting)
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confident communicator with strong presentation skills
- Willingness to travel across Europe
