Technical Sales Manager – Insulation Products
UK Wide | Field Based
We are seeking an experienced Technical Sales Manager to lead UK-wide sales of UK-manufactured extruded insulation products, with a strong focus on distributor and merchant channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow sales through national, regional, and independent distributors
- Manage and strengthen distributor and merchant relationships
- Deliver product training, technical support, and sales enablement
- Work with partners on pricing, margins, promotions, and stock profiles
- Drive product awareness and pull-through demand
- Promote the wider group portfolio, including HVAC and marine products
- Monitor performance, market feedback, and competitor activity
- Provide forecasting and sales reporting
Candidate Profile
- Proven technical sales experience within insulation, HVAC, or building services
- Demonstrable experience selling extruded insulation products in the UK
- Strong distributor / merchant sales background
- Commercially focused with strong account management skills
- Comfortable managing a UK-wide territory
- Full UK driving licence
