Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Nursery Practitioner based in Lincoln. The Nursery Practitioner will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day care and learning activities for children and fostering a safe and positive environment. Additional responsibilities include supporting monitoring and documenting development in line with the EYFS and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations within the nursery setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in childcare, early years education, or a similar role
• Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and child development practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with children, families, and team members
• Organizational and time management skills to ensure the smooth running of daily activities
• A professional and caring attitude with the ability to support and encourage the individuality of each child
• Relevant qualifications such as Level 2 or Level 3 in Childcare or Early Years Education are preferred
• A valid First Aid Certificate is an advantage.
